At Layla & Boo, we want you to love every purchase you make with us. While we do not offer refunds, we understand that sometimes things donβt work out perfectly β which is why we offer an in-store exchange policy.
π Exchange Only
We accept exchanges in-store only, within 7 days of your purchase.
To qualify for an exchange:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
- You must provide a receipt or order confirmation
- Exchanges are only processed in person at our retail store

π« Non-Exchangeable Items
We do not accept exchanges on the following:
- Sale or clearance items
- Accessories (for hygiene reasons)
- Gift cards

At this time, online purchases made within our state of California cannot be exchanged by mail and must be brought in person to our store.
Customers who placed orders from out of state are eligible to exchange items by mail.
